1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VoicePost AI (“VoicePost,” “we,” “us”), including our website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, redeeming an invite code, or using VoicePost, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
VoicePost is an AI content studio that helps you turn voice, video, documents, and commands into multi-platform content, scripts, short-form clips, proposals, and related assets. Features may include Content Studio, AI Command, Video Studio, Video Repurposing, Proposal Studio, Vault, voice profiles, analytics, Magic Chat, and reseller/admin tools where enabled.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. Beta or experimental features may change or end without notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your credentials.
- You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- One person or entity should not create accounts to evade bans, limits, or billing rules.
4. Trials, plans, codes, and lifetime deals
New users may receive a limited free trial with access to product features as described at sign-up. When a trial ends, access may lock until you redeem a valid invite/redeem code or purchase a plan.
Invite codes, reseller packs, and lifetime deal (“LTD”) offers are subject to the limits stated at purchase or redemption (for example plan tier, seats, usage caps, or single-use codes). Lifetime access means ongoing access to the purchased tier of the VoicePost product for as long as we operate the Service, not a guarantee of unlimited AI compute, third-party APIs, or future features without fair-use limits.
We may enforce reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse and manage AI/provider costs. Unused credits or allocations typically do not roll over unless we say otherwise.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“User Content”). You grant VoicePost a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you (including sending content to AI and infrastructure providers that power features you use).
You represent that you have the rights to submit User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated text, scripts, captions, proposals, and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them. VoicePost does not guarantee uniqueness, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
- Scrape, overload, or automate access in ways that bypass rate limits or security.
- Misrepresent AI-generated content when disclosure is legally required.
- Share accounts, resell access, or distribute codes except as expressly allowed.
- Violate privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights of others.
8. Reseller program
If you are approved as a reseller, you may create and distribute invite codes under the rules we set (including batch size and use limits). You must not misrepresent VoicePost pricing, capabilities, or affiliation. We may revoke reseller access for abuse or policy violations.
9. Intellectual property
VoicePost, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service—only a limited right to use it according to your plan.
10. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties (hosting, auth, storage, AI models, form providers, and similar). Their terms and availability may affect VoicePost. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICEPOST AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).
13. Termination
You may stop using VoicePost at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity on free accounts. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in-product or by email when practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
